German Pancakes:

1 cube of butter
1 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt

melt butter in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees
blend eggs in blender
add remaining ingredients, blend until bubbles
pour into pan and bake at 400 degrees
until lightly brown
(10-15 minutes)
