For a while during the first trimester I was so sick that
I could only eat what I could keep down. That included a lot of junk.
I love being back in control of my nutrition
& I can't get enough of the healthy stuff.

German Pancakes:

1 cube of butter
1 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt

melt butter in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees
blend eggs in blender
add remaining ingredients, blend until bubbles
pour into pan and bake at 400 degrees
until lightly brown
(10-15 minutes)

I was making cookies for our awesome neighbors
and strangely enough, it was relaxing for me.
Normally any type of cooking stresses me out big time.
I actually really enjoyed the process this time.
Maybe I'm domesticated after all?
